The Banking and Securities Management Committee as empowered by the board of directors of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd in its meeting held on February 08, 2017 allotted 1,470 (negligible % of paid up equity share capital) Equity Shares of Rs. 35 each (including Rs. 25 as premium) to Sri Rajesh Tiwari, Sri Gaurav Sangal and Sri Amit Mahurkar, employees of the Company who exercised his options under ESOP Scheme 2006.
