Infibeam Incorporation Ltd approves allotment of 66986 Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") of Infibeam Incorporation Ltd in its meeting held on February 06, 2017 has approved allotment of 66,986 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-14 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014-15.
