Canara Bank calls for Sub Committee Meeting on Feb 08, 2017 for Rights Issue

A meeting of the Sub Committee of the Board of Canara Bank for Rights Issue will be held on February 08, 2017, to consider the Rights Issue Size, Fix the Rights Issue Price and Ratio for Rights Entitlement.

The Board will fix the record date for the purpose of Rights Issue and fix the Rights Issue Opening and Closing date apart from approving the Letter of Offer.
