Godrej Properties Ltd Updates on lapse of options

At the meeting of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties Ltd held on February 02, 2017, the Committee has noted lapse of 15,278 options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 ("GPL ESGS") on account of resignation of an employee.

The Committee also noted lapse of all outstanding vested options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Options Plan ("GPL ESOP") and consequently GPL ESOP stands terminated.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.373.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 372.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30956 in over 997 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 380 and intraday low of 365.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11587066.
