D.S.Kulkarni Developers Ltd Public Issue evokes tremendous response

The follow-on public issue of D. S. Kulkarni Developers Ltd which closed today has received an overall subscription of 33.73 times and oversubscription of 32.73 times. The issue opened for subscription on April 25, 2006 and closed today. The company came out with an issue of 48,59,845 equity shares Rs. 10/- each and promoters contribution of 640155 shares aggregating Rs.151 Crores.
The follow-on public offering is made through 100% book building route at a price band of Rs.250 to Rs.275 per share. The company´s shares are currently traded at Rs.420.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion has received subscription for 47.6239 times, Non Institutional Investors portion has received subscription for 26.9153 times, Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion 18.9706 times and the employees quota received subscription for 1.0575 times.
