DLF receives LOI from BMRDA for Bidadi Project

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 03, 2007, DLF Ltd has announced that the Company has received letter of intent (LOI) from Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority (BMRDA) for development of new integrated township in BMR region - Bidadi Integrated Township Project (now rechristened as New Bangalore). The LOI is in favour of consortium comprising DLF Ltd and Limitless a part of Dubai World.

The stock closed the day at Rs.918.55, up by Rs.21.80 or 2.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.926.60 and low of Rs.875.

The total traded quantity was 1662656 compared to 2 week average of 2286848.
