Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 74750 shares pursuant to exercise of optionsYes Bank Ltd has allotted 74,750 (Seventy Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 24, 2017 under the JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 423,16,41,030/- consisting of 42,31,64,103 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 423,23,88,530/- consisting of 42,32,38,853 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
