Indusind Bank Ltd approves allotment of 3650 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 3,650 (Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 23, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
