AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 11800 equity shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 11,800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 23, 2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,30,88,846 (239,15,44,423 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,31,12,446 (239,15,56,223 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.451.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 445.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 283051 in over 5850 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 452 and intraday low of 445.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 127059513.
