Nutraplus India Limited approves allotment of Bonus Shares

The meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Nutraplus India Ltd was held on January 23, 2017 and allotted 15,49,595 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. 1 (one) bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 10 (ten) existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held, to those Members of the Company entitled thereto as on January 20, 2017, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
