LIC Housing Board Meeting on Oct 22, 2007 to consider issue of shares

LIC Housing Finance Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2007, inter alia, will also consider issue of Equity shares of the Company and convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company for the approval of the members of the Issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.235, up by Rs.6.40 or 2.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.242.80 and low of Rs.230.

The total traded quantity was 62654 compared to 2 week average of 181200.
