Capital First Ltd approves issue of NCDs on private placement basis

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on January 17, 2017, has approved a issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 500,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Crores) on private placement basis.
