Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd approves allotment of 532 equity shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has approved an allotment of 532 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the option grantee who has exercised his option.

The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.

Shares of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.932 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 946.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4307 in over 418 trades.
