IDFC Ltd appoints two nominee directors

The Board of Directors of IDFC Ltd, appointed Mr. Soumyajit Ghosh and Mr. Manish Kumar as Additional Directors in the category of "Nominee Director" on the Board of the Company w.e.f. January 11, 2017. They are currently acting as Under Secretaries in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance and they are not related to any of the Directors of the Company. Their brief profiles are attached herewith.

The above Directors are being appointed in place of Mrs. Snehlata Shrivastava who resigned from the office of the Director with effect from November 29, 2016.

Shares of IDFC LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.56.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 249930 in over 1343 trades.
