Delta Corp Ltd allots 480000 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Delta Corp Ltd at its meeting held on January 10, 2017, has made allotment of 4,80,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to the employee of the Company and its subsidiary under "Delta Corp ESOP - 2009" Scheme.

The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has accordingly increased from 23,11,44,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to 23,16,24,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
