Dena Bank apporves raising of Rs. 360 crores

The Board of Directors of Dena Bank at its meeting held on January 07, 2017 has approved raising of share capital [including premium] of the Bank upto amount of Rs. 360 cr. by Issue of Equity Shares through FPO / Rights Issue / QIP / Preferential / Employee Stock Purchase Scheme etc. at appropriate time.

Shares of DENA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.33.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 117506 in over 427 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.6 and intraday low of 33.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4019823.
