Pratibha Industries Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Jan 11, 2017

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Pratibha Industries Ltd shall be held on January 11, 2017, to consider and approve, the issue and allotment of shares on preferential basis to the Lenders of the Company, who have not subscribed the shares till January 07, 2017 and may apply for subscription of shares under Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) scheme till the next Board meeting. Further, this will be the last meeting for issue and allotment under SDR scheme.
