V B Industries announces change in Directorate

Ms. Susmita Kundu, Non-Executive, Independent Director of V B Industries Ltd, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. January 04, 2017 and in her place, Mrs. Saroj Devi Kothari has been appointed as Additional Director, (Independent) of the Company with effect from January 04, 2017 and will hold the office till conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
