Intellect Design Arena Ltd approves allotment of 4300 Equity Shares under ASOP

The Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated December 28, 2016 has approved the allotment of 4,300 shares to Two (2) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme, the allotment of 3,800 shares to four (4) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme and the allotment of 500 shares to one (1) associate under ISOP 2015 scheme.

Shares of Intellect Design Arena Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.135.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs.133.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 219527 and the deliverable quantity was 47075.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.138.90 and intraday low of Rs.133.20.
