Capital First Ltd proposes issue of Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 110 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held December 20, 2016, has approved a issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 100,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 10,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.526.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 537.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19922 in over 826 trades.
