Vedanta Limited Grants Stock Options under Vedanta Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme-2016

On December 15, 2016, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee [NRC] of Vedanta Ltd has approved the performance based grants under the Vedanta Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme-2016 [ESOS 2016] to eligible employees of the Company including Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
