Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd approves allotment of 92748 Equity Shares

On December 06, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 92,748 (Ninety Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Eight only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capita! of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,68,88,240/- divided into 42,34,44,120 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
