Sonata Software Ltd approves re-appointment of Managing Director & CEO

Based on the approval and recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Sonata Software Ltd at its meeting held on November 02, 2016, has approved re-appointment of Mr. P Srikar Reddy as Managing Director and CEO for a further term of three years with effect from February 14, 2017.

The said re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next general meeting and all other concerned statutory, regulatory and other authorities, if and to the extent applicable.

Shares of SONATA SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.163.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22681 in over 443 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 166 and intraday low of 160.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3718405.
