Menon Bearings Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Oct 21, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Menon Bearings Ltd is scheduled to be held on October 21, 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Six months ended September 30, 2016.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from October 09, 2016 to October 23, 2016 (both days inclusive) for specified / designated persons as defined in the Code.
