Repco Home Finance Ltd approves allotment of Non Convertible Debentures

The Securities Allotment Committee of Repco Home Finance Ltd at its meeting held on October 05, 2016 allotted 1,000 Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (SRNCD) of face value of Rs.10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 100 Crore on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of REPCO HOME FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.833.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 849.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3290 in over 209 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 862.5 and intraday low of 829.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2756756.
