Shiva Cement allots 50 Lakhs shares to ACC

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 24, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Allotment of 50.0 Lakhs Equity Shares to ACC Ltd and 110.0 Lakhs Equity Shares to Promoter's Group upon conversion of Equity Share Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.9.25, down by Rs.0.31 or 3.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.79 and low of Rs.9.25.

The total traded quantity was 636672 compared to 2 week average of 2053657.
