1. Acquisition of The Byke Retreat, Matheran.

2. To consider options for raising funds for the stated acquisition.

3. To call Extraordinary General Meeting to obtain shareholders' consent to issues related to the above stated matters.

The stock was trading at Rs.54, up by Rs.0.85 or 1.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.90 and low of Rs.53.
