SMS Pharmaceuticals to take over and revive a BIFR Company Plant Organics Ltd

SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of the Company has decided to take over and revive a BIFR Company M/s. Plant Organics Ltd with whom the Company already have job work arrangement.

This will add to the Company's product range and manufacturing facility along with substantial tax benefits. The plant is situated very close to the Company's existing Manufacturing Facilities.

The stock was trading at Rs.282.05, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.290.10 and low of Rs.282.05.

The total traded quantity was 87 compared to 2 week average of 1534.
