HCL Infosystems creditors approve Scheme of Amalgamation

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Stelmac Engineering Pvt Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary with the Company has been unanimously approved by the Secured and Unsecured creditors of the Company at their respective Court Convened meetings held on September 22, 2007 as directed by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
