Rajesh Strips Board recommends 5% dividend

Rajesh Strips Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 10, 2007, inter alia, has proposed dividend @ 5% for the year 2006- 07 and same is subject to approval by members in forthcoming AGM Scheduled to be held on September 28, 2007.
