Tezpore Tea enters into MOU with Dalmia Tea Plantation and Industries

Tezpore Tea Company Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Dalmia Tea Plantation & Industries Ltd for sale of one of the Company's Tea Estate, namely Merryview Tea Estate.

The stock was trading at Rs.42.60, up by Rs.3.85 or 9.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.60 and low of Rs.42.40.

The total traded quantity was 3364 compared to 2 week average of 807.
