JRG Securities to Exit from JV company "Arteries Investor Services Ltd"

JRG Securities Ltd has announced that the Company has decided to exit from the Joint Venture - 'Arteries Investor Services Ltd', by transferring its entire stake of shareholding i.e, 49.99% to M/s. Keynote Capitals Ltd. This Company was earlier formed as a joint venture between the Company and Keynote Capitals Ltd, Mumbai.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.51.60, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.85 and low of Rs.50.50. The total traded quantity was 21357 compared to 2 week average of 66199.
