A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Kohinoor Foods Ltd will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016.

The Board will decide the date, time and place of 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.

The Board will also fix the date of book closure for the aforesaid Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
