Omnitech InfoSolutions to form JV company in Japan

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has announced that the Company has decided to incorporate a Joint Venture Company in Japan to provide technology Services like Software Development Services, Consulting Services and Outsourcing Services and the Company will be announcing its decision in the press conference to be held on September 17, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.158.45, down by Rs.5.40 or 3.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166.90 and low of Rs.156.30. The total traded quantity was 225884 compared to 2 week average of 1085005.
