Idea Cellular Ltd allots 111516 Equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated July 26, 2016 allotted 111,516 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Further, the Company has informed that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,915,240 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,009,152,400/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.106.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 462413 in over 7151 trades.
