              In tune with its dynamic pace of growth, Quipo Telecom Infrastructure Limited (QTIL) today announced major announcements at the top positions.
Mr Arun Kapur, who has been spearheading the Telecom business since its inception, would henceforth shoulder larger role & responsibility by stepping into the Board of QTIL and is being appointed as Managing Director ? QTIL. In this leadership position, he will facilitate the telecom leadership team to maintain the leadership position in the telecom tower market and tap other strategic revenue streams.
Mr. Kapur, in his capacity as a Group President & MD, Telecom, will continue to mentor the telecom business, with his pioneering role in telecom tower business. Arun would now direct his energies to initiate Organization building activity at the group level and tap other strategic revenue streams and help Quipo achieve its Future Vision.
The mantle of leading QTIL team henceforth moves to Mr. Probal Ghosal who joins as Chief Executive Officer.  He makes a shift from Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd, where he was Director-Finance of The Times of India Group.
In his 23 years of rich work experience, Probal has many notable achievements including JVs with international media companies; orchestrating the ?Private Equity? partnership model through investment in equity/acquisition/performance based revenue sharing for various customers in different sectors; IPO of the Group?s radio business subsidiary in domestic market; played a key role in International funding for Internet/Technology business.
Probal has been instrumental in evaluating new business opportunity and introduced start up venture with robust business model through strategic partnership with eminent global players.
QTIL has already made early inroads and is today poised as one of the front-runners with presence in seven circles and reaching out to four more circles before the close of this fiscal.
