Cosmo Films Ltd Grants 250000 Employee Stock Options

The HR, Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Cosmo Films Ltd at its meeting held July 13, 2016 has granted 250000 Options to the employees under Cosmo Films Employee Stock Option Plan 2015 at an exercise price of Rs. 351.40 each. One option is equal to one equity share.

The Options shall vest on completion of 3 years from the date of grant and are exercisable within 10 years from the vesting date.
