Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd announces exercise of 78746 ESOP Options

Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd has announced that 78,746 options under JLL Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 ("Plan 2011") have been exercised by one option holder.

Pursuant to the terms of Plan 2011, the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company has approved transfer of 78,746 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited from Jubilant Employees Welfare Trust to the said option holder.

Shares of JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.314 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 315.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29213 in over 1183 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 318.25 and intraday low of 312.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9203388.
