AXIS Bank Ltd allots 245570 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 2,45,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on July 04, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,45,54,446 (238,72,77,223 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,50,45,586 (238,75,22,793 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
