Ramco Systems Ltd allots 28897 equity shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Ramco Systems Ltd at its meeting held on July 04, 2016, has approved an allotment of 28,897 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 2,623 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 1,007 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A, (ESOS 2009 Plan A), 14,391 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 Plan B) and 10,876 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 30,032,689 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 30,061,586 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
