Capital First Ltd approves issue of Non-Convertible Debentures

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2016, has approved a issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Non-Convertible securities in the nature of Debentures (NCD's) of INR 30,00,00,000/- (INR Thirty Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 30,00,00,000/- (INR Thirty Crores) on private placement basis.
