L&T Infotech IPO to open on July 11, 2016

Larsen & Toubro Ltd had earlier announced regarding the proposed Initial Public Offering of Equity Shares of its Subsidiary, L&T Infotech.

The Company has announced that the Red Herring Prospectus filed by L&T Infotech with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has been approved on June 28, 2016.

The Offer will be open for subscription to public on Monday, July 11, 2016 and shall close on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.

Shares of LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1481.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1473.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 121660 in over 7684 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1494 and intraday low of 1476. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 180564265.
