Piramal Enterprises Ltd allots 1050 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures

At the Meeting of Administrative Committee of Piramal Enterprises Ltd held on June 23, 2016, the Committee approved the allotment of 1,050 Secured Redeemable NCD's, having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs.105 Crores.
