AXIS Bank Ltd allots 230200 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 2,30,200 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on June 27, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,40,94,046 (238,70,47,023 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,45,54,446 (238,72,77,223 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.514.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 510.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3903712 in over 6998 trades.
