Muthoot Finance Ltd allots 48602 shares under ESOP 2013

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Ltd at their meeting held on June 27, 2016 has allotted 48,602 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. The paid up Capital of the Company is increased from Rs 3,99,00,23 320 consisting of 39,90,02,332 equity shares to Rs. 3,99,05,09,340 consisting of 39,90,50,934 equity shares.

The Board also granted (fourth tranche of 'Muthoot ESOP 2013') 11,18,700 growth options @ Rs. 50 per option and 8150 loyalty options @ Rs. 10 per option as per the list of Employees as placed before the Committee.

Shares of MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.280.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 281.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110531 in over 1884 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 287.65 and intraday low of 277.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31425182.
