Yes Bank Ltd allots 52300 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 52,300 (Fifty Two Thousand and Three Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on June 24, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,21,04,14,410 consisting of 42,10,41,441 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,09,37,410 consisting of 42,10,93,741 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
