Kwality Limited calls for Board Meeting on June 24, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Kwality Ltd will be held on June 24, 2016, to raise funds upto Rs. 300 crore (Rupees Three Hundred Crores) by way of term loan and issue of Non-Convertible Debentures.

Shares of Kwality Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.108.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 122700 in over 1170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 111.65 and intraday low of 108.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13465789.
