Assambrook Ltd to allot 4250000 equity shares

The Board of Directors of Assambrook Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 has resolved to issue and allot 4250000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par against conversion of 425000, 6% Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each as per terms and condition of issue and allotment of 6% Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to Allahabad Bank, International Branch, 119 Park Street, Kolkata-16.
