Proto Infosys to change name as Proto Ltd

Proto Infosys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2007, has decided to change the name of the Company from "Proto Infrastructure & Technologies Ltd" to "Proto Ltd" (Subject to the approval of Registrar of Companies).
