The Committee of the Board of Hindustan Unilever Ltd in its Meeting held on June 15, 2016 has allotted 23,763 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder's Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as "2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme", further amended vide Shareholder's Resolution dated July 23, 2012 is known as "2012 HUL Performance Share Scheme."
